lsnrctl services < name of the listener >
connect SQLPLUS
SQL> show parameter local_listener

SQL> alter system set local_listener='(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST= IP-ADDRESS OR HOSTNAME)(PORT=1521)))' scope=both;
SQL> alter system register;
System altered.
SQL> exit
[oracle@OEL_VM_11 ~]$ lsnrctl services < name of the listener >
